Aldon Automotive introduces the ‘Flame Thrower’ and ‘Flame Thrower II’ Coil

The Aldon Flame Thrower coil:

The Aldon Flame Thrower coil is the perfect coil to go with the Aldon Ignitor. The 40,000 volt coil can benefit virtually any distributor type ignition system. The higher voltage allows larger spark plug gaps for added power, smoother response and better fuel economy.

• Maximises energy and reliability over the full RPM range
• Delivers an average of 15% more spark energy and voltage
• Fits existing brackets- measures 2.125” in diameter and 6” high
• Suitable for 4, 6, 8 cylinder applications
• Available in 1.5 ohm or 3.0 ohm primary resistance values
• Available in 3 types; Black oil filled, Chrome oil filled and Black epoxy type for off-road/ racing
• Warranty 90 days

The Pipercross filters long life span is due to the dirt storage capacity of the foam cells and the filters construction, which means no air passage is blocked until all the cells in a layer of foam are completely filled. It is designed to hold contaminants in the filters outer layer, inner layers act as a secondary measure to ensure an exceptionally high level of engine protection.

The Aldon Flame Thrower 2 coil:

The Aldon Flame Thrower 2 coil is the perfect coil to go with the Aldon Ignitor 2. The 45,000 volt coil can benefit many original equipment electronic and aftermarket CD ignition systems.

• Maximises energy and reliability over the full RPM range
• Fits existing brackets- measures 2.125” in diameter and 6” high
• Suitable for 4, 6, 8 cylinder applications
• Rated at 0.6 ohm primary resistance.
• Available in 3 types; Black oil filled, Chrome oil filled and Black epoxy type for off-road/ racing
• Warranty 90 days
• Not suitable for use with the original Aldon Ignitor unit.
